He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurshel William and Revonia Mae Head, Sr.; his wife Linda Darlene Head; and his stepgranddaughter Brandi. He is survived by: his children, Brian Head, Sr. (Tammy) of Festus, Lisa Meyer (Dennis) of Festus and Angie Smith (Charlie) of Park Hills, MO; his grandchildren, Brian (Jessi), Aaron, Logan, Shawn (Stacy), Shane (Hannah), Cameron (Maddie), Chris, Kristina and Casey; his stepdaughter Michelle Stahlman (Jamie) of Bonne Terre; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica (Patrick), Jacob (Taiylor) and Jessie; and his brothers, Garry Head (Margie) of Richwoods and Roger Head of Harrison. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
