He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" DeGonia and Viola "Beckemeyer" DeGonia; his siblings, Marie Glore (Ed), Albert DeGonia (Marylou), Virgil DeGonia (Mabel), Dorothy Landers (Eddie), Arthur DeGonia, Luther DeGonia, Leslie Edward DeGonia (Flora) and Rosalee DeGonia; and his brother-in-law Alvie Allen.
He is survived by: his sons, David Lyn DeGonia (Dana), Douglas Michael DeGonia, Derek Richard DeGonia (Chelle) and Steve DeClue; the mother of his children Cathy DiBello (Pat); his grandchildren, Michelle Burleyson, Dakota DeGonia (Heather), Dalton Stephens, Corinne DeGonia, Kailee Stephens, Stephanie DeGonia, Issac DeGonia, Madisen DeGonia, Brayden DeGonia, Bryson DeGonia, Elliot Boyd, Tyler Burleyson, Alexis Burleyson, Jacen Burleyson, Kamden Carlin, Lyliann DeGonia, Kinsley Varns, Hudson DeGonia and Christopher Stephens; and his siblings, Ruthann Allen, Betty Lou Creech (Jerry), Ann Lawrence and Robert Lyn DeGonia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bonne Terre Chapel (313 Benham St, Bonne Terre, MO 63628).
