We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Dave Cook of Bonne Terre, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Leon and Erma Orene Cook (Bannister). He is survived by: his wife Laura Cook (Maynard); his children, Samuel Wade Cook, Cathy Lyn Cook and Chris Baron (Alex); and his grandsons, Wade, Zane Cook, Sebastian and Maxwell Baron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made for the establishment of a scholarship fund for Dave's grandsons.
