She is survived by: her husband James Tate; her son Jerry Martinez (Jamie); and her brothers, Danny (Sue Martin) and Bill (Melba Martin). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers assisting are Jerry Martinez, Joseph Martinez, Wade Martinez, Jimmie Metcalf, Michael Strnad and Seth Gibson, Face Mask are required before entering facility.
