She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hawkins and Merle Hawkins (Sumpter); her son Timothy Puder; and her siblings, Jackie Hawkins, Maxine Hawkins, Jim Hawkins, Doris Foster, Howard "Bud" Hawkins and Peggy Guidorzi.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Mantle (Brian Mazdra), Tamera Ott, Donald Puder (Julie) and Robert Puder (Theresa); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Gregory, Melissa, William, Tori, Hannah, Adam, Austin, Alex, Steven and Kyle; her daughter-in-law Virginia Boydte; her siblings, Frank Hawkins (Stella) and Beverly Finley; and her friends, Judith Puder, Abigail Lang and Nicole Berscheid (Jason). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
