She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rosener and Virginia Rosener (Pinkston); her husband John C. Lay; and her brothers, Gene Rosener, Pauly Rosener and James Henry Rosener.
She is survived by: her children, John Lay, Jason Lay (Julie) and Stephanie Lay; her grandchildren, Ashley, Heather, Sarah, Jeremiah, AJ, Emma and Sunni; and her sister-in-law Jane Rosener. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
