She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Hardy and Bertha Ann Koen Sr. (Lander); her husband Warren D. Forsythe; her great grandchild Bailey Judd; and her siblings, Robert Koen, Hardy Koen J., Lorene Ragsdale, Mary McLeod and Lucille Weiss.
She is survived by: her children, Pattie Smith (Dennis) and Terry Forsythe; her grandchildren, Kristina Mashi, Brandee Boyce, Jacob Smith, Sara Brewer (Tyler), Justin Forsythe (Sam), Kristen Moon (Douglas) and Lexi Pullen (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Karina, Lauren, Nathan Mashi, Meghan, Elena Judd, Virginia Lugo (Joseph Pietruszewski), Olivia Lugo, Houston Brewer, Evan, Mason, Warren Dale Forsythe, Brock, Collin and Cooper Moon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Pattie's Home.
Memorials may be made in Betty's honor to Community Manor in Farmington.
