As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Zona Varnell may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Meadors; her great grandchildren, Michael and Harley; and her parents, Fred Abel and Loah Abel.
She is survived by: her children, Olin Ray Meadors, Jay L. Meadors, Zelda Mae Meadors and Catulpa Varnell Meadors. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to CMHCF Activities Fund or to CMH Hospice.
