She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mincks and Eula Ann Mincks (Smith); her husband Billy Neal; her son Arthur "Artie" Neal; her daughter-in-law Sharon Neal; and her grandson Shawn Martinez.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Neal (Cindy) of Bolivar, MO, Roger Neal of Bolivar, MO, Terry Neal (Debbie) of Bolivar, MO, Denise Larkin (Greg) of Bolivar, MO and Jenise Hamby (Jerry) of Bolivar, MO; her daughter-in-law Michelle Neal of Bolivar, MO; and her brothers, Paul Mincks of Bolivar, MO, Kenny Mincks (Sue) of Bolivar, MO and Bill Mincks (Emma) of Bolivar, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
