He is survived by: his wife Jaunita Miller; his children, Kim Spinabella of Bolivar, MO, Karen Carns (Charles) of Bolivar, MO, Stephen Welch (Regina) of Springfield, MO and Jay Welch (Suzy) of Bolivar, MO; and his grandchildren, Ryan Spinabella, Cory Spinabella, Josh Carns, Michelle Neal, Tori Carns, Megan Presley, Tyler Welch and Sarah Welch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
