He was predeceased by: his father Orlan Hale; and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Hale (Turner) of Bolivar; his son Turner Hale of Springfield; his siblings, Donna Neal of Bolivar, Rhonda Jasper of Bolivar and Rick (Pam Hale); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Austin, Chris, Joey, Kyle, Heather, Tyler, Tauri, Brock and Brooke.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pitts Chapel (316 E Broadway St, Bolivar, MO 65613). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Macedonia Cemetery.
