He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jenkins and Jannie Olena Jenkins (Huggins); his wife Dixie Ann Hines; his brother Bill Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Jenkins and Charlie Long.
He is survived by: his daughter Robin Jenkins of Bolivar; his brothers, Don Jenkins (Lynn) of Bolivar, John Jenkins (Joyce) of Bolivar, Dean Jenkins (Mary) of Garland and Gene Jenkins (Deana) of Fair Play; his niece Sharon Long Muir (Rob) of Kansas City; his nephew Paul Long (Brenda) of Bolivar; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Long of Bolivar and Georgene Goranson of Bolivar. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Lucky's family requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CMH Hospice or Mt. Gilead Methodist Church in Bolivar.
