He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nolan Richard and Jessie Euell Lewis (Austin); his wife Betty; his children, Ron Lewis of Ozark, MO, Cheryl Star (Vanek) of Bolivar, MO, Kimberly Lawrence (Pat) of Sterling Hts, MI, Jason Lewis of Springfield, MO and Kristina Bryant of Bolivar, MO; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Mike), Zack (Patricia), Zach, Kody (William), Samantha, Jacob, Zoey and Christopher; his great grandchild Nicky; and his siblings, Robert Lewis, Larry Lewis (Trina) and Linda Yeager. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
