He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Francis and Marjorie Evelyn D'Agostino (Wisler); and his sister Suzi D'Agostino Sibert. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Martin; his sons, Mike D'Agostino (Mandy) of Bolivar, MO, Sean D'Agostino (Kristina) of Independence, MO and Eric D'Agostino (Khaye) of Lavoro, Italy; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob, Isabella, Gavin and William; and his sister Patti D'Agostino Plummer (Michael) of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
