Though Marvin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Tate and Lula Tate; his siblings, Lawrence Tate, Bill Tate and Loma Pitts; and his son Gary Tate.
He is survived by: his son Jim Tate (Tammi) of Bolivar; his grandchildren, Missy (Emmett Smith) of Quincy, MO and Isacc Tate (Crissy) of Springfield, MO; and his great grandchildren, Kody and Colton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
