She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Mason and Sylvia Mason; and her husband Wayne Mayes. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Mayes Jr. (Pennie), Jeannie Womack (Lewis), Randy Mayes (Marcy), Doug Mayes (Marlene) and David Mayes (Sheri); her grandchildren, Bobby Mayes, Richard McCreary, Matthew McCreary, Patty McCreary, Andrew Mayes, Luke Mayes, Nathan Mayes, Randi Jo Provance, Makayla Nale and Heather Strouse; and her brother Kenneth Mason. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home - Bolivar (407 E Broadway St, Bolivar, MO 65613). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
