He is survived by: his wife Lily Case; his children, Myron Case, Lorent Case (Susan), Jesse Case (Amy) and Margo Gresham (Charles); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Amanda Caudill, Brittany Case, Breanna Case, Ryan Boyle, Janet Case, Jessica Case, Christopher Case, Emma Case, Carter Case and Mercedes Stafford; and his siblings, Larry Brooks, Darwin Combs, June Cords and Rosetta Parker. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
