He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Eugenia, Mayme, Marion Simpson and Bessie Jane; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Joe, Donald Hale, Mary and Sheri Hale; and his cousins, Codey Joe, Adam Hale and Robert Gordon.
He is survived by: his parents, John Hale (Trish Berry) and Tina Smith (Ryan Rauscher); his siblings, Jacob Hale, Mallory Templeton, Hunter Berry, Hailey, Katie Hale, Chayse Milam, Brenden Hill and Noemi Moreno; his nieces, Lennox and Monica Hill; his grandparents, David, Nancy Hale Rose Edwards and Ronnie Smith; his great-grandparents, Pansey and Lonnie Smith; his cousins, Kim, Steve, Elaine, David, Katelynn, Dailynn, Annistyn, Koden Hawk, Jason, Jackie, Hannah, Rilynn, Jaxie, Hallie Hale, Jay Follis, Julie, Dustin, Madalynn, Maveric, McCoy Jarman, Melanie, Renner, Enzie, Landon Schaller and Cara Smith; and his aunt Angela Follis. He is also survived by aunts uncles.
