He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Hoover and Blanche Hoover (Smith); his brothers, Harry, Donald and David Wayne; and his parents-in-law, Elmer and Orienne Koll.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoover (Koll); his children, Michael Hoover (Kristina), Shelli Ray (Kevin), Tami Foley (Jerry), Kelley Douglas (Darren), Kimberly Belsha (Robert), Kozette Theel, Dana Worley (Gary), Derek Welborn (Barrie Ann), Deanna Moore (Byron) and Stacie McNew (Ronnie); his grandchildren, That, Christian, John, Levi, Brittany, Austin, Kaitlyn, Stephen, Sara, Anthony, Alex, Karla, Savannah, Joshua, Aarika, Chase, Conor, Brittnie, Shane, Aubrey, Cortni, Morgan, Brooke, Haylie and Alexa; his sister Linda Maskus (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Moeller (Gene) and Richard Koll (Jo Ann). He is also survived by Several great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
