He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James Ruzicka and Alice Ann Ruzicka (Francka); his sister Mary Catherine; and his friend Tim Schallert of Austin, Texas.. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Bunker of Reno, Nevada and Joe Ruzicka; his cousin Catherine Self; his nephews, Mark Bunker and Roger Bunker of Fredericksburg, Texas; his niece Anna Klovstad (Sven) of Truckee, California; and his friend Michael Campbell of Vacaville. He is also survived by neighbors, relatives and friends.
Donations to St. Wenceslaus Cemetery (Care of Pitts Chapel) are accepted, as well as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
