He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Hollis Swisher; his wife Janet Swisher; his brother John McWhirter; his children, Dani Pulley and Jayme Swisher of Springfield, MO; and his stepchildren, Sam of Bolivar, Lisa Prettyman of Bolivar, Julie Anne Garretson of Bolivar and Tom Pearson of Bolivar. He was also cherished by many step-grandchildren and great-grand children.
