He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Stoops and Virginia Stoops (Slater); his former wife Beverly Stoops; and his stepfather Ernest Reed. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Kyle Stoops (Puerto Rico) of Boqueron and Amanda Oberbeck (Paul) of Conway, MO; his grandchildren, Krisha Quinlan, Hayden Chiasson, Alia Chiasson and Anjell Chiasson; his great grandchild Carson Quinlan; his siblings, Gwenna McClease of Renton, WA and Dennis Reed (Chris) of Marshfield, MO; his nieces and nephews, Brandy McClease, Traci Smithson (Chris), Ian McClease (Garmyn) and Colten Reed; his great-nephews, Connor McClease and Colin Smithson; his great-niece Megan Smithson; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell, Betty Blankenship and Brenda Wrinkle. He is also survived by many other relatives, church families, and friends.
