He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Miller (Hochstetler) and Andrew Miller; his siblings, Mary Ellen Miller, Vernon and Chester Miller; and his son Devon Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Esther Miller of Bolivar, MO; his children, Darrel Miller (DeeDee) of Trumann, AR, Carol Cruise (Mike) of Marshfield, MO and Cindy Young (Jay) of Bolivar, MO; and his daughter-in-law Diane Collier (Barry) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
