Bates of Bolivar, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Nichols; her husbands, Raymond Kelly and George Bates; her children, Darrel Kelly and Susie Gregory; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Kelly; and her brother Bud Nichols.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Charley" Shepherd of Salem, Rick Kelly and David Kelly of Bolivar.
