We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024, at the age of 77, Dale Edward Scroggins of Bolivar, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Scroggins and Helen Scroggins of Bolivar; and his sister Beverly Rovenstine of Bolivar. He is survived by: his niece Zella Simpson; his nephews, Chuck Rovenstine and Ted Rovenstine; and his aunt Neta Jenkins of Bolivar. He is also survived by several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
