She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest Lynn Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Duncan and Michael Duncan (Annette); her grandchildren, Shane Hall, Samantha Johnson, Logan Duncan, Jordan Cannefax and Molly McGrady; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Levi Duncan. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's honor to the Bolivar First Christian Church or the Polk County Humane Society.
