He was predeceased by: his father Billy Dale Neal; and his mother-in-law Georgeanna Spiegel. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Neal; his wife Michelle Neal; his sons, Stephen, Ryan and Alex Neal; his daughters-in-law, Amber, Rikki and Kaitlin Neal; his grandchildren, Anna, Axel, Addison, Ellie, Harlee and Parker Neal; his father-in-law Earl Spiegel; and his siblings, Danny, Roger, Terry, Jenise and Denise.
