She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Spitz and Barbara Spitz. She is survived by: her siblings, James Spitz, Debbie Spitz of Bolivar and Joe Spitz (Kathie); and her nieces, Amanda Spitz (Tiffany) of Oklahoma City, Bethany Spitz of Oklahoma City and Delaney Spitz of Oklahoma City.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CMH Hospice.
