He is survived by: his wife Ida; his daughter Janet Tinsley (Jeremiah Mcharo) of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandson Julian Kiwinda of Charlottesville, Virginia; and his siblings, John Tinsley (Karen) of Humansville, MO and Sue Jenkins (Larry) of Humansville, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
