With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Sherman Payne of Bois D Arc, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Kenneth Sherman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lois. He is survived by: his children, Ginny Smith (Tom) of Pikeville, TN and Michael Payne of Springfield, MO; his grandson Brian Payne of Springfield, MO.; his sister Mary Lu Kilburn of Bois D'Arc, MO; and his close friend Elanor Wilson of Halfway, MO.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many great grandchildren.
