She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jacobs and Juanita Hurts; her siblings, Vicky Stuedle (Louie), Virgil Adams and James Adams; and her pet Little Bit.
She is survived by: her husband Charley; and her siblings, Rose Cline (William) of Excelsior Springs, Darrell Jacobs (Rhonda) of Lebanon and Mary Jacobs of Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
