It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Stokes of Bogard, Missouri, born in Carrollton, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Stokes and Beverly Carolyn Stokes (Wolf); his sister Janet Rebecca; and his nephew Cody Whitmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Stokes (Sharron) of Carrollton, Carolyn Hughes (Gary) of Carrollton, Sherry Wingate (Alex) of Carrollton and Chuck Atherton (Janet) of Norborne, Missouri. He is also survived by seven nieces; three nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.
