She was predeceased by: her parents, John Otto Wilson and Altha Bell Wilson (Wisman); her husband Harold L. Gillespie; and her siblings, Dorothy Sturdevant and Willis Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Sharol Millard (David) of Nevada and Johnny Gillespie of Deerfield; and her grandchildren, Kelly Beisly (Tracy), Eddy, Timmy (Rhonda) and Roger Gillespie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in her memory to Barone Care Center.
