He is survived by: his children, Nicole Bollinger, Raquel Bollinger of Kansas City, MO, Brian Wilkes and Chester Bollinger of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Cox, Christopher Cox, Quinton Wilkes, Scarlett Bollinger, Owen Wilkes and Andrew McCorkendale; and his siblings, Barbara Bollinger-Julian and Sharon Bollinger-Jennings.
