Winfrey of Blue Springs, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Russell and Judith Winfrey (Jenkins) of Maryland; his siblings, Ronda Winfrey Marshall and Matthew Clarke; and his stepfather Jerry Boldt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vicki Clarke Marshall and Tim Clarke (Deb); his nephews, Brandon Hoffman (Tanya), Brad Hoffman (Danielle), Kenny Marshall (Michelle) and John Marshall (Harmony); his pet Mandy; and his friends, Mike, Carla Schuback, Gary "Cheerio" Oberhelman and Donny Bennett.
