He was predeceased by: his father Francis Miller Bush; and also, Catherine Bush (Barry) and Mary Bush (Langan). He is survived by: his wife Sharron Driskill Bush; and his children, Scott Bush (Barb), Kurt Bush, Jill Gernon (Crosby) and Jeff Bush (Kate).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maur Hill- Mount Academy High School.
