He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mallett and Dorothy Mallett (Titus); his wife Janet; his brother Jeff Mallett; and his grandson Roy Sparks.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Mallett, Jennifer Mallett (Edward Ballentine), Sarah Rist (Patrick) and Heather Nyhart (Benjamin); his brothers, Danny Mallett (Lynn) and Timothy Mallett; and his brother-in-law Basil Hicks. He is also survived by four grandsons; 11 grand- daughters, 16 great grandchildren.
