He is survived by: his sons, Jerrimiah Cunningham (Jennifer) and Matthew Cunningham; his grandchildren, Sarah, CJ, Destini, Levi and Jace; and his siblings, Lou Cunningham (Donna), Mick Nichols, Sharon Owens (Cliff), Christine Gochenour (Jim), Laura Daniel and Greg Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, their spouses, and grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
