He is survived by: his sons, Todd of Clay Center and Jamie (Brenda) of Peculiar; his grandchildren, Brooks and Carter; his daughter Holly (David) of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Alex, Adrienne, Dylan, Delaney and Addison; and his great grandchild Lucas.
