He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Waller and Pauline Waller; and his brother David Waller. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kaye Waller (Hawley); his children, Amanda (Waller), Williams (Ben) and Aaron Waller (Christy); his brother Terry Waller (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Katelyn (Kat), Sabastian, Sheldon and Skyler.
