He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay and Ray; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Mumgaard); his children, Jennifer Hickman (Adam), Amy Thompson, Kevin Bishop (Fredmy) and Troy Bishop (Brandy); and his grandchildren, Mallory, Nathan, Bradley, Lincoln and Watson.
