He is survived by: his sons, Maryetta Franke (Baldwin) and Michael Franke; and his sisters, Marylan Estep, Carolyn Fischer (Charles), Donna Skaggs (Ronald), Sharon Fischer and Vicki Browning (Kevin). He is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
