She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Phelps and Thelma Phelps; her sister June Schmoll; and her daughter Cindy Hiles. She is survived by: her husband Everett Adkins; her children, Doug Kinney (Yvette) of Grain Valley, Debbie Whitsitt (Bruce) of Odessa and Claude Kinney (Jessica) of Calagry; her son-in-law Bill Hiles of Bates City, MO; and her siblings, Lois Shaw of Barbados and Adrain Phelps (Carolyn) of Holden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grand children.
The family suggests memorials to Ascend Hospice.
