She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wilson and Trela Wilson (Ellis); and her sister-in-law Wanda McNutt. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Zackert; her children, Terry Allen Zackert (Rebecca) and Stacy Elaine Simpson (Stuart); her grandchildren, Sara, Samantha and Seth Simpson; her sister LaVon Fogle (Alva); and her brother-in-law Everett McNutt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
