He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Adelia Kelly (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Judith Kelly; his children, Tim Kelly and Paula Davenport (Randy); his granddaughter Kelly Roedder (Drew); and his sister Colleen Thompson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Meyers Northland Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
