It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Vivian (Buffalo) Palmer in Blue Springs, Missouri, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Owens and Enola Owens (Davis); her husband Charles Palmer; and her daughter Deborah. She is survived by: her children, Deneice Fernandez and David Palmer (Karen); her grandchildren, Trevor, Mia, Justin and Josh; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Alyson, Silas, Emery and Mariah; and her siblings, Erlene Taber (Carl), Sue Faulkner (Danny), Dennis Owens (Karen) and Warren Owens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
