With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merriman L. Sims (Blue Springs, Missouri), born in Silverton, Texas, who passed away on February 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Bingham and Etna Bingham (Sumner); her husband Johnnie I. Sims; her sons, Johnnie Lee Sims and David Sims; her brother Frank Bingham; and her children, Rhejeana Mitchell, James Sims, Ruth Drews (Robert) and Leta Beemer. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
