She is survived by: her husband John Woodard of Blue Springs, MO; her daughter Tammy Van-Dolah of Blue Springs, MO; her grandchildren, Brandy Cooper, Drew Van-Dolah and Sarah Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Johnson, Benjamin Johnson, Brandt Johnson and Dylan Johnson.
