She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Feburary and Carrie Estle Baggs Feburary (Allen); her siblings, Harold Allen Sr., Clifton Roy, Cecil Dale and Gladys Ruth; her spouse Glenn Ray Wagaman; and her children, Sheryl Elaine and Warren Glenn. She was also cherished by spouses, seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
