He was predeceased by: his grandmother Marietta Wren; and his great-grandparent Lora Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Wren and Dana Wren of Cape Girardeau; his brothers, Jared Wren of Cape Girardeau, Kolby Wren of Springfield, Ethan Wren of Cape Girardeau and Landon Wren of Cape Girardeau; his fiancée Erika Gray of Shawnee; his fiancée's children, Payton, Averie and Aubrie; and his grandparents, David, Vicki Smith of Scott City, Winferd and Shirley Wren of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
